Indigenous Workforce Participation

Rey Resources is currently providing employment for regional Indigenous people in various capacities supporting exploration and other company activities.  To help grow the number of regional Indigenous people employed by the company, Rey Resources is also facilitating training and the provision of protective uniforms for Indigenous people in nearby Aboriginal communities.

Rey Resources has a Derby-based Indigenous Community Liaison Officer who provides mentoring and support to workers. This includes liaison, transport, assistance with getting  licences and maintaining the company’s safety and health standards on site.
